Our Story

The Fruit Yard has been serving Stanislaus County since 1977. We feature a restaurant, fruit market, deli, barbecue, bakery, and banquet center. Our award-winning facility is on 90 acres of fruit orchards. You will find a beautiful lake setting for many memorable occasions: weddings, anniversaries, charity events, meetings, and large picnics.

We offer fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, specializing in our own crops of cherries, apricots, peaches, plums, and nectarines. Try our Traina Fruit Sauces and our very own dried fruit products. We make and ship baskets and have a wide variety of products, including candies, nuts, wines, and, of course, fruits of all types!

Our mesquite barbecue and deli opens at 10:00 a.m. and serves mesquite-style tri-tip, chicken, ribs, fresh deli sandwiches, salads, and more. great for takeout, catering, or eating on site.

If it’s pies you’re after, we have a full bakery with in-house bakers. Give us a call if you are interested in having something made or held. And for all around convenience store goods, that’s us too!

Celebrate your Special Occasion on our picturesque Lake Side setting or in one of our beautiful Banquet Rooms. We also offer full off-site catering. Our extensive suggestion list will help you plan your special event or meeting. We will gladly consider any special food or accommodation request you may have. Our professional staff will ensure your occasion will be carefree and one to remember.
