Here at The Fruit Yard, we are a full-service venue, providing you with the necessities you need to create a seamless and worry-free experience for your special occasion. From start to finish, our staff is committed to creating your event of a lifetime. We will provide you with your tables, chairs, dinnerware, linen, andsetup/breakdown of your event. Each occasion is catered to your individual requests, as we offer an extensive menu from our very own restaurant. We are happy to consider any special dietary needs or preferences for your guests.
The Spaces at The Fruit Yard
The following spaces are available to you for a maximum of 4 hours from the start of your scheduled event. Each reservation will be allotted 1 hour prior to the event to decorate and prepare for your special occasion.
The Fountain Room
Capacity: 90 seated
Fully equipped with a flat-screen television for media presentations or slideshows. Popular for anniversaries, luncheons, celebrations of life, and more!
The Cherry Room
Capacity: 40 seated
Located upstairs with a private bathroom and fully equipped with a flat screen television for media presentations or slideshows, popular for intimate meetings, birthdays, celebrations, and more!
Patio
Capacity: 60 seated
Our beautiful, shaded patio is a great alternative for those who desire an intimate experience outdoors. Equipped with garden string lights, a large gas fire pit, space heaters, air-coolers, and flat screen televisionsavailable upon request. popular for bridal showers, baby showers, fundraisers, and more!
Pricing
For guest accommodations of 90 or more, please refer to The Fruit Yard’s Lakeside Venue Pricing.
A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your requested date. Funds will go towards your final bill at the conclusion of your event.

$300 Cherry Room
$500 in food purchases for guests <30 and $750 for guests >30 in food purchases or you will be charged your minimum. The final bill is subject to a 20% service and gratuity charge plus sales tax.
