Celebrate your special occasion on our picturesque award-winning Lakeside Venue, featured on our 90 acres of fruit orchards and gardens amongst a clean manicured landscaped setting.
The Fruit Yard’s Lakeside Venue is an exceptional location to host your special day, as it will provide you with the full-service experience you deserve.
We will be providing you with the necessities you need to create a seamless and worry-free experience for your special occasion. From start to finish, our staff is committed to creating your event of a lifetime. We will provide you with your tables, chairs, dinnerware, linen, and setup/breakdown of your event.
Each occasion is catered to your individual requests, as we offer an extensive menu from our very own restaurant. We are happy to consider any special dietary needs or preferences for your guests. Upon booking, you will have direct contact with our events coordinator, who will assist you from beginning to end.

Lakeside Venue Rental
Lakeside Venue Rental Fees are for Friday and Saturday reservations and are based upon the total guest count.
<100 = $3750
101-200 = $4750
201-300 = $5750
301-400 = $6750
*Discounts are available for reservations Sunday–Thursday.
All Rentals Include
- Consultations with the Event Coordinator
- 5 hours of staffed event time

- Setup and breakdown of the event

Additional Fees
A minimum purchase of $2,000 in food and drink purchases is required.
A $1500 deposit and a credit card on file are required at the time of booking to hold your requested date.
Funds will go towards your final bill at the conclusion of your event.
A charge of $1000.00 per hour will be applied to any event that exceeds 5 hours.
All sales are subject to a 20% service and gratuity charge plus sales tax.
We understand that planning such an important event can be challenging. We are dedicated to providing you with guidance and support that will exceed your expectations. Although we are a full-service venue, we understand there are some aspects The Fruit Yard does not cover. We are happy to provide you with a list of recommended and local vendors for services such as florists, bakeries, DJs, and a variety of other companies to help make your celebration complete!
Terms & Conditions
We are a Family friendly and a problem free facility. We do everything we can to make your visit to The Fruit Yard a memorable experience. We ask you to please abide by our terms.
Deposits
A $1500 deposit is required to secure your requested date and will be deducted from your final bill. Half of your estimated balance must be paid 1 month prior to your reserved date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable. All menu item prices are subject to change.
Final Bills
Final bill is subject to a 20% service/gratuity fee + sales tax.
Reservations
Your reservation is for a maximum of 5 hours and must conclude by 11:00 pm unless previously arranged with The Fruit Yard. An additional $1000 per hour will be charged if you exceed your reservation. You are allotted 1 hour prior to your start time to set-up additional décor and personalize your space. This must be pre-arranged with your coordinator.
Security
Due to county ordinances, it is your responsibility to have 1 certified security personnel for every 100 guests.
Final Guest Count
Your final guest count is required 2 weeks prior to your reservation. You are responsible to pay for your confirmed count or for the total number of guests even if it exceeds your original guest count. Buffet items are not allowed to be taken to go regardless of the final guest appearance.
Alcohol & Charge Fees
No outside alcohol is allowed into The Fruit Yard that has not been supplied by The Fruit Yard without prior consent. If outside alcohol is brought into the premises, you will be automatically charged a fee of $1000, and your reservation will be terminated.
No Vulgar Language or Music Allowed
Please be respectful of our guests. No vulgar language or music is allowed.
Children
All children must be supervised.
Stolen Items / Property Damage
Any items located at the venue must remain as is. Please speak with your coordinator if you have any special requests. We will accommodate you to the best of our abilities. You are responsible for any breakage, lost/stolen items and/or property damage.
Photos & Videos
We have the right to use all photography taken on our premises for advertising, printing, social media, etc.
